- Lead technical call center and training activities
- Develop comprehensive visions and strategies
- Implement innovative process and technology solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and analytics reporting
- Manage training content development and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree required (Master's Degree preferred)
- Ten years of experience in technical leadership
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Experience with SFDC Sales and Service Cloud is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
