The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a strong background in building technology products and joint product integration initiatives with technology partners, driving cross-functional alignment and driving an executive level collaboration. You will have strong products/technology leadership, strategic technology alliances and entrepreneurial skills. You can demonstrate an ability to build trust, think strategically about new technology initiatives, and show prior successes.

Key Responsibilities

You will own strategic technical alliances function within WEKA and work with ecosystem partners that are critical for WEKA’s ongoing success. In addition, you will build a team of solution architects/TMEs and alliance managers for specific categories of technical stack (e.g. accelerated computing products, AIOps/MLOps/DataOps orchestrators, Hyperscaler cloud partners), define and execute a partner plan to help our most strategic technology partners integrate relevant technology and solutions with WEKA.

  • Develop deeper understanding of the AI/ML technology and solution stack and relevant ecosystem partners that are critical for WEKA’s ongoing success.
  • Develop engagement strategy, identify common initiatives, align internal resources, and execute to deliver compelling technology integration and solutions with the partners.
  • Work with GTM teams to orchestrate relevant awareness and demand gen programs based on the joint solutions.
  • Support sales execution, including partnering with GTM alliance managers on joint sales enablement activities between the ISV partners and the WEKA field organization.
  • Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in the tech alliance, partner management, business development, product management
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) systems, software, including Software as a Service , Machine Learning, analytics or other IT infrastructure products
  • Experience working for a system infrastructure company focused in Accelerated Computing and/or building a partner ecosystem with technical solutions or innovation programs in AI/ML, GenAI and analytics space
  • Experience building joint initiatives with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.
  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive relationship management and experience in developing strategic contracts and structures
  • Motivated self-starter with rolling-up-the-sleeves attitude who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Verbal and written communication skills with experience articulating concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving timely deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Willing to travel to meet with partners, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on site
  • Technical Bachelors Degree
