Role Overview
Join us as a Senior Director of Supply & Demand Planning, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic planning processes. This position is crucial to ensuring we meet our company objectives while fostering growth and innovation.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies and roadmaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with teams across different functions to align goals and achieve consensus.
Provide leadership and support to strengthen our planning processes.
Team Development
Mentor and lead a team of planning professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Ensure continuous improvement in our planning capabilities.
Supply And Demand Planning
Partner with our global Supply Chain team to create robust supply plans aligned with business goals.
Work alongside FP&A to develop accurate demand forecasts and support forecasting processes.
Project Support And Technical Initiatives
Contribute to scenario planning and new business initiatives.
Lead discussions on technology improvements to enhance our planning capabilities.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within supply and demand planning or related fields.
Skills: Strong understanding of planning systems, inventory management, and demand forecasting tools.
Traits: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to manage complex teams and projects.
