How You’ll Make An Impact
The Senior Director is a key role within the Subscription Planning and Analysis team and will be directly responsible for trial start and conversion rate forecasts which drive critical goals for the company.
What You’ll Do
The role requires significant collaboration with various cross-functional teams and provides key inputs for subscriber, revenue, and expense forecasts. Key responsibilities include ongoing review and analysis of various OEM funnels forecast and conversion trends, valuation of initiatives’ impact on key metrics, creation of monthly rolling forecasts, budgets, and long-term forecasts. This person serves as a subject-matter expert on all aspects of OEM funnels, as well as how operational marketing metrics translate to drive subscriber growth, and is a key contributor to executive presentations. The person in this position needs to be comfortable analyzing and understanding large and complex data sets and succinctly summarize emerging trends and their impact on the business. They also supervise and improve a streamlined forecast process capable of assessing the impact of increasingly complex initiatives. This role manages and mentors a team of three.

What You’ll Need
- 10+ years of financial and/or marketing analytics modeling and forecasting, preferably in a subscription business
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Business Strategy, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
- Previous experience modeling funnels and yields (e.g. sales, conversion rates) and dissecting drivers of changes in trends
- Create clear data visualizations and translate complex trends into the real-world customer and/or sales agent activities they reflect
- Proven history of decision-making excellence and cross-functional influence through insights
- Previous people management experience
- Visible confidence in delivery and interactions with C-suite executives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- Ability to analyze and interpret data into purposeful insights
- Strong MS Excel competency building scalable and flexible forecast models
- SQL proficiency: be hands on when needed for performing ad-hoc analyses, writing complex queries, or investigating data anomalies when the questions point a level beneath existing dashboards
- Exposure to statistical analysis and tools a plus
- Experience with automation software and/or AI as a plus
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
