About The Role

As the Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding TRSS’ market presence in the commercial and national security sector. You are a visionary leader with a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact growth strategies.

As Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, you will contribute to a variety of areas including:

  • Strategic Growth Objectives: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and other stakeholders to define and implement enterprise-focused growth initiatives. Ensure that strategic growth objectives are integrated into the product development roadmap to foster innovation and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough analyses of current market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to pinpoint emerging opportunities and threats. Utilize this data to inform strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Tech, Analysis, and Sales departments to develop, align, and prioritize growth strategies that leverage our technological capabilities and market insights, ensuring seamless execution.


About You

You’re a good fit for the role of

Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, if you meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth strategy roles
  • PMP preferred
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the enterprise sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving teams towards common goals and engaging effectively with senior management and external partners.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Effective time management skills
  • Public records/open source data experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
