What You'll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of client distribution and supply chain operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Drive the growth of client relationships by identifying and implementing new opportunities to add value.
Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety, aligning with company and client requirements.
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures, continuously seeking improvements.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations, maintaining impeccable standards across the board.
Minimum Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
7+ years of proven experience in managerial or supervisory roles within supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computerized scanner equipment.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
Ability to travel occasionally, up to 75% of the time.
Fluency in English and Spanish would be advantageous.
Experience in distribution-focused supply chain management.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
Exposure to AS9100 or ISO environments would be beneficial.
Knowledge of financial accounting and human resources practices.
