Join our Patient Support Services team as a Senior Director, Patient Support Services – Dermatology and you’ll help patients and families affected by rare and debilitating diseases.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of PSS brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels. Ensure consistency and coherence in brand representation to enhance brand equity and recognition.
  • Lead PSS Brand Plan activities across the department and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage all aspects of Dupixent PSS Advisory Boards and work with leadership team to pull through findings to continuously improve support programs.
  • Launch Planning: Responsible for all launch readiness activities. Ensure PSS operational teams have the necessary knowledge to prepare for upcoming launches. Work with broader team to prepare and execute launch activities.
  • Market Research: Partner with analytics team to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform PSS strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop Field Reimbursement programming content for impactful educational programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, brand marketing, and market access to align efforts with overall business goals. Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Dupixent PSS agency of record to include management of all PSS materials and ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the Marketing PSS team to deliver on business objectives while creating an irresistible culture that our employees will thrive in.

About You

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
  • 5+ years previous leadership experience in Patient Support Services, commercial operations marketing or brand strategy with digital marketing preferably in a specialty market therapeutic area
  • 3+ years previous people management and development experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in a co-promote preferred.
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence a team preferred.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including building a strong working relationship and managing and resolving conflict preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities for program improvements preferred.
  • Superb communication skills, oral and written, including presentation skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA degree preferred.
