Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Optimization: Analyze pricing, profitability, and product performance to streamline the product portfolio and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in global product portfolio management within the polymers/resins chemical market, with over 5 years in mid-sized international manufacturing.
Skills:
- Product Commercialization: Proven success in launching new products within the polymer or related markets.
- Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, R&D, and product development.
- Market Analysis: Recent experience in analyzing global market trends and competitive landscapes to drive strategic product decisions.
- Portfolio Optimization: Demonstrated skill in optimizing global product portfolios and SKU management for enhanced profitability.
- Team Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading a high-performing, motivated team.

- This is a nationwide search, and the position may not be located in the city of this advertisement.
- This is NOT a remote position. Relocation will likely be required.
