Requirements:

Skills:
Product Commercialization: Proven success in launching new products within the polymer or related markets.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, R&D, and product development.
Market Analysis: Recent experience in analyzing global market trends and competitive landscapes to drive strategic product decisions.
Portfolio Optimization: Demonstrated skill in optimizing global product portfolios and SKU management for enhanced profitability.
