Senior Director of Operations

Adecco is currently looking for a Senior Director of Operations with Apparel Industry experience in Beaverton, OR .

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and high-level operational decisions.
• Drive execution of departmental and divisional goals.
• Oversee the development and management of annual operating and capital budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in Merchandising, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, or Operations; Line planning and project management (building and implementing strategy).
• 5 years of experience in senior business/process leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic line planning and execution.
• Mastery of Keynote, Excel, and Smartsheets.
• Visionary leader with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong experience leading and presenting to cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Expertise with Mural boards and large-scale apparel projects.

Schedule:

• On-site at WHQ Monday to Thursday.
• Remote on Fridays.
