Job Description: The Senior Director of Digital Strategy - CCL will be a collaborative, service-oriented, experienced leader who will serve as the primary liaison between Healthcare Digital (HD) and Executive level operators within CCL Hospitality Group. The Senior Director helps shape and execute on the strategic vision of HD within Community Living in alignment with CCL Hospitality Group's key business objectives.The Senior Director of Digital Strategy will lead the development and execution of digital and technology strategy and provide strategic oversight to CCL Hospitality Group partners in the development and deployment of digital and technology solutions. In addition, they will also lead the team in both supporting the new sales pipeline in support of CCL Hospitality Group as well providing ongoing account management and digital consulting to existing accounts, helping them find the best digital solutions for their clients in line with the broader HD strategy and client objectives.The Senior Director will also partner with CCL Hospitality Group clients and operators to understand their business needs, bringing insights and requirements back from the business into HD and CD teams for further research and development of solutions in support of broader innovation. They will also partner across teams within HD to execute on CCL Hospitality Group initiatives and client requests and other CD teams to bring the best of Compass to CCL. This leader will also lead the relationship and roadmap management for key third-party organizations (e.g., MealSuite) to ensure their solutions meet sector needs, are integrated with HD solutions (where applicable), are implemented seamlessly. The position will report to the Vice President of Digital Strategy, Healthcare Digital.Responsibilities: Drive digital strategy development, documentation, and execution for CCL Hospitality Group, including development and tracking of KPIs in alignment with business objectivesLead third-party partner roadmap and program management for key solutions (e.g., MealSuite) in partnership with sector representatives, HD, and CD team members Lead ongoing digital consulting services for CCL Hospitality Group, driving decisions towards implementation of optimal, best practice solutionsLead and participate in tech & digital innovation summits and quarterly digital reviews for clients and operators for CCL Hospitality GroupParticipate and lead new business sales and retention engagement process (e.g. RFP responses, presentations, demonstrations) as the digital subject matter export for CCL Hospitality GroupLead team in researching and understanding market trends in digital, food service, support services healthcare technology and analyze market positionProcure regular feedback and gather requirements from the business and research new solution opportunities in support of ongoing digital innovationAdvocate for the CCL Hospitality Group business divisions using existing technological resources and solutions to improve the operational efficiencies and enhance the daily activitiesRepresent Healthcare Digital at major business meetings (e.g. sector regional and divisional, zones and summits)Adopt a liaison role in the case of issues with major accounts and provide guidance to accounts in the case of escalationsManage and develop team of Directors and Digital Strategy Managers, including identifying, hiring, training, and ongoing coaching of associatesPartner with peers to develop and maintain digital best practices for CCL Hospitality GroupPartner with HD Digital Delivery team leadership on development of intake and project hand-off processes and management of technology project pipeline Contribute positively to the broader Healthcare Digital Strategy Team knowledge base, best practices, and collaborative team cultureRepresent Healthcare Digital and Compass Digital, customers, and potential customers, in accordance with Company policies and procedures Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years related experience in the digital, technology, and/or operations spaceProblem-solver with strong sense of curiosity and creativityService-oriented leader with strong organizational skillsStrong relationship management and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFood service or hospitality industry experience is a plusSenior/community living industry experience is desiredBachelor's and/or master's degree is strongly preferredOperational knowledge a benefitTravel required as business needs ariseApply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
