Position Overview: As the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, you will be at the helm of their cybersecurity operations, driving innovation and excellence. This role demands a seasoned expert with deep roots in cybersecurity, particularly in discovery and advanced threat management. You will lead a talented team, shape our security landscape, and ensure we stay ahead of emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Vision: Inspire and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering growth and excellence.
Strategic Oversight: Spearheaded advanced security operations, focusing on discovery, threat management, and incident response.
Proactive Defense: Direct comprehensive intelligence collection and analysis to anticipate and mitigate security threats.
Infrastructure Security: Oversee network operations and cybersecurity measures to protect our digital environment.
Policy Integration: Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity policies and ensure seamless compliance.
Operational Excellence: Lead security operations including malware analysis, cloud security, forensic investigations, penetration testing, and application security testing.
Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity strategies and policies.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments to integrate and enhance security measures.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance security protocols and systems to address evolving threats.
Requirements:
Over 10 years of stellar experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong focus on discovery.
Proven expertise in intelligence collection, incident response, insider threat analysis, and network operations.
Mastery of advanced security operations, including malware analysis, specialized cloud security, forensic investigations, penetration testing, and application security testing.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding top-performing teams.
Keen understanding of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
