We're looking for a talented Senior Director of Communications to join our dynamic team and lead the way in shaping our internal and external narrative. In this remote position, you'll play a key role in ensuring all our communications are aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
What You'll Do
Champion Internal Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with our goals. You'll craft engaging content, manage leadership communications, and spearhead events that foster a strong company culture.
Own External Communications: Oversee our media relations strategy, working with our PR agency to secure positive media coverage and manage our reputation. You'll draft press releases, monitor media coverage, and lead the charge in crisis communication.
Guide and Develop Your Team: Provide direction and mentorship to the Communications Manager, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
5+ years of experience leading communications in a complex environment.
Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
Experience managing and collaborating with PR agencies.
A strong track record of handling sensitive issues and leading crisis communication efforts effectively.
A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving communications landscape.
