Summary
To provide a new business sales leadership for the organization through the development of existing and new relationships. This is a senior level position engaged in the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives.
I
n Relation To This Specific Role
- Grow regional/global network with Chief Learning and Talent Executives.
- Grow Managed Learning Services opportunity pipeline in partnership with the Senior Vice President of MLS Sales, Corporate Marketing, and in support of Americas MLS Operations.
- Achieve Sales Targets as agreed with the SVP of MLS Sales.
- Provide sales, account management and new business development skills to the organization, allowing it to grow business through capture of new clients and to develop opportunities to expand within existing clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operational teams from different business units across region.
- Execute sales development plans and participate in sales and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, organize, write and edit sales proposals.
- Plan, develop and/or participate in client sales pitches and presentations.
- Take the necessary steps to identify client needs and translate those into solutions that meet or exceed sales related targets and objectives.
- Evaluate the risk of decisions, actions and proposals as compared to the potential opportunity. Make commitments only within allowable limits and engage capture teams in the analysis and decision-making processes when individual experience is limited or insufficient for the purpose.
- Experience in large program sales (500K-5M Deals)
- Well networked with CLO and Talent Heads
- Understanding of Managed Learning Services Solutions
- Professional qualification/Degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience in Managed Learning Services and execution of learning solutions.
- Advanced communication and networking skills.
- Experience working with Global Clients.
- Recognized training and management experience.
- Experience or knowledge of selling learning products and services.
- Experienced in developing collaborative and creative solutions.
- Valid current passport for international travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
