As a Sr. Director, HR Operations , you will lead the HR team that tackles operational activities to positively affect the business. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the CHRO and HR teams are fully supported and can focus on the organization’s strategic initiatives and most pressing business-related people’s needs. This role will be to report to the CHRO and be part of the global HR Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR shared services strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR shared services.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and technologies that support shared services delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of shared services programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee experience programs, tools, and initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering strong relationships with employees and promoting open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to HR shared services and employee experience programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR shared services initiatives into overall organizational strategies and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR shared services staff, fostering a high-performance team culture and promoting professional development.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR shared services and employee experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Skills and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 12 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a global organization.
  • Experience with managing a shared services center within a global service center, including the outsourcing of payroll services and implementation of technology to drive efficiency and a positive user experience.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented and matrix-structured environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business in keeping with company values and culture.
  • Great relationship-building skills and a passion for helping others to develop.
  • Good judgment, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative style.
  • Integrity, tact, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Proven analytical capabilities.
  • Creative problem solver with a readiness to try new approaches.

Salary Range: $175,000.-$225,000.
