Job Overview

As the Senior Director of Procurement and Supply Chain for the East Region, you'll lead the transformation of multiple local teams into a unified strategic function. This pivotal role involves managing a significant annual spend and a diverse supplier base, ensuring top-tier procurement and supply chain support across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Foster a culture of collaboration and service excellence, embodying our organizational values daily.

Lead the integration and optimization of supply chain operations across the East Region, partnering closely with local leaders.

Develop strong vendor relationships and collaborate with senior industry leaders to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Drive regional initiatives and change management efforts to achieve strategic goals and enhance operational performance.

Implement industry-leading solutions and best practices to streamline procurement processes and improve cost efficiencies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, sharing strategic vision and driving short-term actions to achieve long-term objectives.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.

Demonstrated leadership in healthcare environments, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Proven ability to manage large-scale supply chain operations and deliver measurable results.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience analyzing spend data, identifying opportunities, and communicating expected outcomes.
