Work Hours: M-F 9 to 5.

Need a Corporate securities Attorney with 8-14 years of experience.
Both law firm & inhouse exp both are needed. He will be working on filing & liaising with senior management.
SEC & NASDAQ requirement Forum 4, section 16 filing. 10 Q, 10 k will be doing.
Doing press releases/ webinar, working with legal & compliance team.
Will be involved in Disclosure committee meetings.
Working with Finance team & proxy and work closely with HR & corporate affairs team as well.
Doing relevant paperwork for new hires & reviewing 10B51 plans
Insider Trader training & reviewing policies & procedures.
Law degree is required.
Legal team within Blueprint is of around 25 members. HM team is of 8 members right now.
