Senior Director, Corporate Communications GSC - US - Remote | WFH

Position Title: Senior Director, Corporate Communications

Location: Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.

About The Role

Are you passionate about communications and looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Communications to lead our colleague-facing and external communications programs. This role partners with leaders, including the CEO and President, to support a global strategic communications framework that drives excellence in our communications teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that support our business objectives and enhance our reputation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership and other stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams to develop clear and compelling narratives.

Team Leadership: Develop and grow a team of talented communications professionals, fostering a culture of care and high engagement.

Content Creation: Lead the production of engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and other materials to enhance our image and reputation.

Measurement and Evaluation: Develop effective approaches to measure and evaluate the impact of our communications strategies, using metrics such as media mentions, audience reach, sentiment analysis, and engagement rates.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in communications, with at least 5 years of direct experience supporting C-level communications materials.

Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Experience with intranet packages like FirstUp or enterprise social networks such as Workplace is preferred. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Capabilities: Strong ability to craft strategic communications plans, transform complex concepts into simple messages, and influence senior reporters at influential media outlets.

Personal Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and client management skills. Strong attention to detail and a positive outlook are essential.
