About The Role

As the Senior Director, Compliance Advisory - Product, you'll play a pivotal role in our Compliance department. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Go To Market Business teams, Product Management, and Legal, as well as external partners, you'll design and implement robust control environments that ensure compliance while fostering innovation. This high-visibility position is crucial for developing cutting-edge products and services in Payments, Lending, and Deposits. Beyond advisory duties, you'll lead and mentor teams within Compliance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

Engage actively with stakeholders across the company, collaborating closely with Legal and subject matter experts on compliance projects.

Provide strategic advice to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met, working alongside the Chief Compliance Officer.

Guide business and infrastructure functions, coordinating data collection for data-driven projects.

Lead and mentor teams within Compliance, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Monitor external industry trends and regulatory changes to shape our compliance strategy.

Design and implement continuous assurance and testing activities to monitor key business risks.

Foster a culture of compliance through initiatives like organization-wide trainings and communication campaigns.

Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to enhance compliance culture and operational models.

Prepare regulatory responses and present feedback on Compliance Management Program initiatives.

What We're Looking For

12+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in banking or FinTech.

Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial ecosystems.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Continuous improvement mindset and strong communication skills.

Proficiency in technology and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to adapt and prioritize effectively, even under pressure.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends when required.

Nice-To-Haves

Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.

Previous experience in senior roles focused on product compliance within FinTech or tech-driven banking sectors.
