Job Description Summary
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end business process transformation for Integrated Supply Chain & Global Service (ISC/GS). This role will champion process governance principles, ensure process integrity, and drive process design decision-making processes across the Supply Chain & Global Services organizations. This leader will collaborate closely with Data & IT for ISC/GS to develop and implement an end-to-end process architecture that incorporates governance and process mining/process intelligence to enable digital transformation. This involves developing a comprehensive process design strategy aligned with our business outcomes, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and customer experience across all of supply chain and service, and building a strong foundation of people, processes, data, and technology. This position entails collaborating with various stakeholders to establish and maintain data standards, implement data management strategies, and drive continuous improvement in data-related processes.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership and Vision Translation: Collaborate with segment, region, and global supply chain functions to translate the overarching business strategy into specific, actionable plans for supply chain and service technology/data, both in the short and long term. Communicate a compelling vision and establish clear strategic priorities to ensure organizational cohesion and alignment.
- End-to-End Business Process Roadmap and Process Integration: Lead the co-development and management of a consolidated end-to-end process roadmap for Supply Chain and Services processes, in partnership with process owners and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Focus on identifying and managing process and digital technology interdependencies to ensure holistic, value-driven outcomes.
- Supply Chain Process Development: Implement a management system to define, make visible, implement, and review the progress of supply chain process development and maturity. Develop and maintain a process governance framework, policies, and procedures for supply chain. Establish processes standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity. Determine process ownership, roles, and responsibilities throughout the Supply Chain and Services organization. Manage a team of supply chain process stewards. - Technology Utilization and Supply Chain Intelligence: Provide frameworks, tools, and mechanisms to monitor and assess process application utilization and adoption across different segments, regions, and sites. Develop processes and tools for end-to-end supply chain intelligence and design, enhancing visibility and decision-making capabilities.
- Process Mining Tool Implementation: Drives the implementation of process mining across various supply chain and services functions in collaboration with IT leaders, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. A significant task is overseeing the current state assessment of ISC& Services processes, focusing on optimizing all areas of supply chain.
- Network Design and Financial Modeling: Develop a supply chain and services network design practice to model financial costs and operational processes for decision-making, including scenario analysis and network optimization studies.
- Process Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of simplification and standardization within the organization. Manage annual plans, budgets, and objectives, aligning them with the business's continuous improvement and process performance goals.
- Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), ensuring adherence to data privacy guidelines. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement data privacy policies and processes across supply chain and services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced Degree Preferred: A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable, especially with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Digital Transformation, Data Management, or Business Analytics.
- At least 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a significant focus on process transformation within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience in leading process transformation initiatives in supply chain contexts, ideally in the healthcare or related industries.
- Experience in developing and implementing process strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management software.
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies like Process mining, AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and how they can be leveraged in supply chain management.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into actionable supply chain initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey vision and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex supply chain challenges. 3.
- Ability to serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
- Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of cross-cultural management and global supply chain dynamics.
