Senior Director Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Global)

As the Global Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering you will lead the transformation of manufacturing strategies for new process and technologies. This will involve leading manufacturing excellence improvements across the worldwide network of internal and contract manufacturing sites.

This is a position that provides a huge scope of influence, with a view of upgrading the global engineering strategy, building capabilities and integrating global skill sets into a best in class manufacturing engineering organization. You'll influence new product industrialization, technical transfer, plant network optimization and play an integral role on the global ELT.

With 9 global manufacturing sites across Europe, Americas & APAC, this role requires a strong leader with international experience. A professional that enjoys working with different cultures and has the ability to travel worldwide.

Desirable Credentials

• A strong technical engineering leader who has strong experience with new product industrialization & technical transfer
• Proven history in plant network optimization. Experiences increasing manufacturing footprint, managing CMO's & internal manufacturing sites while delivering operational excellence strategies across the entire network.
• Experience identifying and implementing big technology improvements.
• Led medical device companies through process transformation (relocation of processes, new process development, process enhancement).
• Minimum of seven (7-10) years direct experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment; Experience in Medical Devices required.
