The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of web services and to support the company's digital marketing and innovation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, highly client facing and communicative and a deep understanding of web technologies and digital marketing trends

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the web services strategy to align with the company's overall vision and business goals.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers, designers, and other digital professionals.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in web services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, design, and IT, to ensure cohesive and effective web and digital solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and security of all web services and applications.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored web & technology solutions that achieve their business objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the web services budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on services performance, project progress, and team achievements to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in web development, with at least 3-5 years in a PM role.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and various content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Experience with web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Proven track record of managing complex and simple web development projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a creative marketing or innovation company.
• Knowledge of AI integration and its applications in web & digital services.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
