Senior Digital Producer

Real Pie is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Producer with a strong background in digital marketing including the entire cycle of website design, development, and deployment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of website projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of digital production, with a focus on delivering high-quality websites that exceed client expectations. Agency-side experience is preferred, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee the entire life cycle of website projects, from initial concept to deployment.
• Lead and oversee social creative marketing campaigns (paid and organic).
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess a strong technical background in web development and be able to contribute hands-on expertise when needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our projects are at the forefront of innovation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of website features and functionalities.

Client Collaboration:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, translating them into actionable project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality websites that meet both client and internal standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites across various devices and browsers to identify and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital production with a focus on website design and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex website projects.
• Strong technical skills in web development languages and platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agency-side experience is preferred.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $40-50/hr Freelance. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
