About The Role:

The purpose of the Senior Visual Designer at Fello is to lead and elevate the visual identity and branding efforts across all marketing channels.

This role is focused on creating cohesive and compelling brand imagery, visual assets, and video content that enhance the company's market presence and resonate with our target audience. The Senior Visual Designer will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of the brand, ensuring consistency and quality in all visual communications.

You Will:

• Oversee the visual and creative direction of the brand, ensuring cohesive and impactful design across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual communications and brand touch-points.
• Design high-quality visual assets for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Lead the creation and editing of video content for marketing initiatives, ensuring high production quality and alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
• Create compelling imagery and visual stories that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, community, customer success and sales teams to align design strategies with business objectives and ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the visual branding and creative processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience with strong background in brand, visual, and video creation (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)
• Compelling portfolio of distinctive work focused on marketing design
• Highly-collaborative and enjoys working with a team; open to frequent feedback
• Ability to work rapidly and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple iterations
• Experienced in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Film Production, or related field
• Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
• Familiarity with project management tools strongly preferred (i.e. Asana, Click-up, etc…)
