Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of downhole tools, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch, leveraging expertise in CREO and R&D.
• Conduct FEA analysis to validate design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine moving parts in complex mechanical systems.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on downhole tools.
• Proven experience in new product development and R&D.
• Proficiency in CREO and conducting FEA analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems involving moving parts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and optimize designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to project management.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
