The Company:

This company serves as an online program manager, assisting universities in converting traditional brick-and-mortar programs into accelerated online formats. They handle digital marketing, application support, and online marketing to attract and retain students, providing continuous support once enrolled. In this role, you will need end-to-end machine learning model-building experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and define impactful AI/ML projects.
• Conduct AI/ML experiments and communicate results.
• Trial and implement new analytics technologies.
• Collaborate with analysts and leaders to deploy tools.
• Mentor team members and build strong internal relationships.

Essential Skills:

• Proven success in AI/ML project delivery
• 5-7+ years or experience as a Data Scientist or similar
• Leadership experience in AI/ML initiatives
• Expertise in building sentiment analysis, propensity models, and advanced statistical models
• Proficiency with tools like SQL and Python, and experience with cloud environments like Azure or AWS
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Nice to Have: Experience building forecasting models and segmentation analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with the education industry is a plus but not required.
