We are looking to fil a Full-Time role as Data Architect in Atlanta, GA.
The secondary location is Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
Engineering Degree or equivalent
15+ years of work experience in the Data and Analytics space
Hands-on experience on Multiple ETL/BI tools Talend/SSIS/Abinitio/Informatica.
Hands-on experience on Cloud Technologies like AWS, Databricks, Airflow etc.
Responsibilities
Design and Architect solutions keeping key architectural principles like scalability, operational completion, and elasticity in mind.
Be hands-on and be able to understand technical issues and fix as needed. Build client relationships.q
Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Build bill of materials, including required Cloud Services (such as EC2, S3 etc.)
Partner with the account teams, delivery teams, product engineering and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI.
Proactively engage & communicate to align expectations of internal and external customers.
Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving key strategic opportunities with our top customers in partnership with the sales and delivery teams.
Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and value add pre-sales engagements
Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives and challenges to be solved.
Lead in creating and presenting holistic services responses and proposals including services scope, staffing and roadmaps to deliver against customers objectives.
Lead presales, solutioning and estimations.
Build POC and Business case preparation etc. for the prospects/customers.
Develop solution in highly fast paced environment and provide hands on mentorship to other team members.
Design and build reusable solution frameworks, components, and data migration solutions.
Head complex ETL requirements and design.
Implement an ETL based solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements.
Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
Conduct impact assessment and figure out size of effort based on requirements.
Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL architecture. Identify, recommend and implement ETL process, standards and architecture improvements.
Preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
10-15 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting or consulting within a technology company / product vendor.
Experience working in senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, solution lead.
Exceptional communication skills - compelling, clear and concise.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies to solve business problems.
