About the role

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team of data experts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with departments such as Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing. Your analytical insights and visualizations will be pivotal in shaping current and future strategies, driving process enhancements, product optimization, and innovative experimentation.

What you’ll do

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to generate regular and specialized reports, highlighting actionable trends and insights.
• Dashboard Management: Design and maintain analytical dashboards, promoting data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Data Integrity: Uphold the accuracy of data through systematic quality checks. Work closely with our data engineering team to address any data inconsistencies.
• Data Source Expansion: Proactively seek out and integrate novel data sources to refine decision-making processes. Ensure seamless data ingestion and integration in collaboration with the data engineering team.
• Experimentation: Conceptualize and assess A/B tests to evaluate the efficacy of various strategies.
• Data Communication: Distill complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for both tech-savvy and non-technical audiences.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or quantitative consulting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for in-depth data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Familiarity with BI tools, particularly Mode and Tableau
• Innate drive to identify core problems and determination to find solutions.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives with data for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in data processing and reporting using Python, R, or similar tools, especially for large data sets.
• A firm grasp of key statistical methodologies including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and more.
• Bonus: experience working in e-commerce or supply chain.
