Jackson James is excited to be partnering with a top 15 Microsoft Business Central Gold Partner who have an opening for a Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their ever-growing team.

The role involves helping clients implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Key tasks include analyzing business processes, configuring and implementing the software, providing documentation, training and support, and ensuring successful system adoption. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and business analysts to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document clients' business requirements.
• Analyze and streamline clients' business processes.
• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Test and troubleshoot the system to ensure it meets performance standards.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to clients and their users.
• Oversee ERP projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Track and report on project progress.
• Keep up with the latest ERP trends and best practices.
• Exhibit strong knowledge in Business Central financial areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a functional consultant role.
• Deep understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
