Our esteemed manufacturing company is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key figure in our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding our customer service team to ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels. You will be the primary point of contact for all customer service related issues and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Our esteemed manufacturing company is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key figure in our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding our customer service team to ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels. You will be the primary point of contact for all customer service related issues and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle complex customer service issues and oversee the resolution of complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, progress towards goals, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Regularly report to management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups.
- Demonstrated integrity and trust, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- Exceptional customer focus, with a proven track record of going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Action-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and customers.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving their goals.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, customer service management, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish a must
