Job Summary

The Senior CRM Analyst will use their skills and knowledge as a seasoned analyst to play a key role in managing valuable information needed for effective sales operations. This individual will separate data entry and stewardship from sales operations while providing a solid data foundation to support the efforts of the customer-facing colleagues increasing their effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for Sales automation inquiries
  • Technical Lead for Salesforce-related projects with focus on Sales processes
  • Lead consultant for internal business partners, supplying best practices and finding suitable standard solutions for their requirements
  • Hands-on expert for implementations of desired changes and design
  • Creative problem analyzer & solver as operational support of our Salesforce environment
  • Constructive communicator to align between business partners (internal, external) and other application teams
  • Generous knowledge mediator to improve Salesforce capabilities in the team

Qualifications

  • Understanding and dominating of assigned application(s)
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • 5+ years professional / project experience in Salesforce.com (ideally Sales Cloud) and CPQ (ideally Conga CPQ) with focus on Sales
  • Deep know-how and understanding of business processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Several years of experience in managing projects and software development methodologies
  • Supporting the daily business of customers
  • Fluent in English
  • People management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree with focus on Business Applications, Business Administration, Computer Sciences (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Must be able to travel
