Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Contract Administrator. A successful candidate will have experience working in lease/contracts administration in a commercial equipment finance and leasing setting and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position will lead the Contracts and Documentation team supporting our Direct Originations channel which is an integral part of Dext’s corporate operations team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the documentation of large, complex direct deals to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensuring credit conditions are met to move transactions from term sheet approval documentation and funding.  
  • Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the lease documentation and administration process. Develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes in the large ticket space and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and training to other members of the Contracts/Documentation team.
  • Actively engage with and support the Direct sales team to optimize the processing of new business transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Understand their needs and work to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as legal, finance and credit to facilitate efficient lease documentation and administration.

  • Experience Requirements

    • 5 Years experience in Equipment Finance Documentation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Expertise in UCC Filings and compliance
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with Aspire Preferred
    • CLFP Preferred
