Job Title: Contract Senior Analyst

Location: 255 Technology Park Lake Mary, FL 32746 (HYBRID)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)

Work Schedule: M-F, 10AM-7PM EST

Training Schedule: M-F, 9AM-6PM EST for the first 2 weeks of the assignment

Pay Rate: $25.67/hour


Note:

  • This hybrid position will start as remote, but candidates need to be willing to return to the Lake Mary, FL office when asked.
  • Candidates need to be located within the Lake Mary, FL area.
  • While remote - candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet and private working space.


Duties:

  • Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Contracts job family.
  • Completes day-to-day Contract tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
  • Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
  • Represents organization as a consultant to sales, employers, and brokers regarding the interpretation of benefits.
  • Travels and conducts on-site customer visits and clarifies benefits issues.
  • Implements new accounts.
  • Reviews benefits to ensure standard benefits were sold and can be accommodated by our systems.
  • Extensive product knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of matrix partner functions and how they interact.
  • Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.


What you’ll do includes but is not limited to:

  • As a Contract Senior Analyst, you would focus on strategic opportunities critical to the success of the company.
  • You would manage complex Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract agreements, analyze contract performance, and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.
  • Price and confirm membership loading for group and individual contracts.
  • Review and administer manufacturer-pricing contracts.
  • Maintain manufacturer customer eligibility lists.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for each GPO.
  • Accurately calculate administrative fees payable to GPO.
  • Communicate with GPO partners and manufacturers to obtain contract eligibility.
  • Provide customer service to corporate account managers, GPO representatives, internal sales representatives, and manufacturers.
  • Complete GPO audits and special reporting/projects as requested by specific GPO partners and manufacturers.

  • Previous contract experience helpful
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office product
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to use complex formulas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is imperative


Education:

  • High School or GED
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • 2+ years’ heavy data entry in B2B manufacturing or distribution environment
