POSITION SUMMARY:

You will pioneer the development of the company's inaugural FP&A role supporting client pharmacy finance teams. Collaborating with Client Services leaders and the corporate finance team, you'll provide specialized financial and accounting expertise tailored to pharmacy operations. Your role involves liaising with clients, understanding their pharmacy finance strategy, and assisting in building P&L for high-growth outpatient pharmacy services. You will ensure timely and accurate client-level financials, improving understanding of client-specific performance variables. This includes 340B utilization, inventory management, and pharmacy reimbursement timing. As a finance business partner, you'll conduct client-focused financial planning and analysis, develop complex models, and work on budgets, forecasting, and reporting. You'll leverage your pharmacy financial management experience to evolve client site P&Ls and drive financial analysis, invoicing, and reporting. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Act as a finance business partner for Clearway Health Client Services, collaborating closely with leadership and team members.
  • Strengthen and evolve internal and external financial reporting for Clearway Health clients by partnering with their external financial, accounting, and pharmacy leadership teams.
  • Conduct analysis of client financials, including pharmacy revenue recognition methodologies and margin analysis. Assist in monthly invoice creation, analysis, and processing, building strong relationships with client finance, revenue cycle, and pharmacy teams.
  • Develop client-specific financial models, supporting daily, monthly, and annual forecasting and budget processes for Clearway Health Site Directors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to dissect complex business problems at the client level and provide analytics support for every Clearway Health client.
  • Assist the Clearway FP&A team in preparing monthly variance analysis and reporting, following up with stakeholders for further explanation of variances.
  • Support Corporate Strategy, Client Strategy, and Industry Affairs by analyzing trends' impact on specific clients and providing financial recommendations.
  • Evaluate and track client financial performance for viability, strategic importance, and optimization.
  • Oversee special projects and use Clearway's High-5 values as the foundation for decision-making.

EDUCATION:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required (Finance or Accounting preferred). An MBA is highly desired.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 340B Advanced Certificate [and other similar 3rd party credentials] is highly desired.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of financial/accounting experience (with at least 4 years specific to pharmacy finance) is required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in pharmacy-specific financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting, including revenue recognition methodologies.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive positive financial outcomes for clients.
  • Takes initiative and works self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Showcases expert proficiency in Excel, delivering executive-level presentations, and utilizing Infor or other ERP systems.
  • Possesses intermediate skills in business intelligence tools like Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Skillfully determines needs, analyzes data, and presents accurate information for management use. Preferably, has experience with predictive analytics.
  • Exhibits strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
  • Maintains confidentiality and prioritizes customer service with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Sets challenging objectives for yourself and others, seeking more efficient ways to accomplish tasks.
  • Acts as a dedicated team player, emphasizing mentoring and coaching.
  • Displays a desire for personal and professional growth.
