We are seeking an experienced HR/Payroll system implementer to support our growing HCM function. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and our solution partners to define HR requirements in their businesses and ensure that OnActuate solutions are implemented effectively.
Our ideal candidate has 5-8 years' experience in Dayforce HR and payroll implementation. Knowledge or experience in project management would be an asset. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with clients to bring the value of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to their organizations and be at the forefront of Human Resource Capital Management (HCM).
This is a client-facing role that will require occasional travel to client sites as well as in support of business development activities and at industry events.

Responsibilities Include
HCM and Payroll implementation work which will include partner led and/or staffed projects
Working directly with our customers to understand their needs and create collaborative solutions
Work with our internal teams to enhance current delivery procedures
Work with our internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to deliver on client implementation goals
Assist marketing with interviewing customers and work with internal stakeholders to bring together multiple perspectives to record customer success stories
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the project to a successful live status
Technical and functional requirements gathering
Provide ongoing client support and training
Potentially act as a project manager on select projects to ensure timelines and project goals are achieved
Show alignment with OnActuate's core values
Some travel may be required
Experience and Qualifications
Ceridian/Dayforce experience is preferred, although experience with other HCM and payroll platforms are an asset
Bachelor’s degree, certificate, and/or 10 years of applicable experience are preferred (HR, payroll, or general business)
In depth knowledge of HR and Payroll functions in the public sector
Experience with one or more of the following applications are an asset: SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, Workday
Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HCM/HRIS Systems
Project management experience is beneficial, but not a requirement
Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
