Description
Finvi has a new and exciting position as our Senior Healthcare Consultant, who will help our clients realize their financial and operational objectives by implementing and adopting our technology solutions in the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States.
Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. You must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
What You'll Do
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Finvi has a new and exciting position as our Senior Healthcare Consultant, who will help our clients realize their financial and operational objectives by implementing and adopting our technology solutions in the healthcare revenue cycle industry.

What You'll Do
- Consult with our clients to understand their operational objectives and business problems; design and build solutions to solve them on our Artiva HCx and Magnify platforms
- Work with our technical application development team to assist in configuring our software platform to clients’ interface specifications
- Guide clients through structured problem solving, leveraging data to drive decisions
- Collaborate as part of a multi-person, matrixed project team
- Lead our clients through user acceptance testing to optimize speed and quality
- Establish methods for tracking adoption and value (ROI) realization for each client
- Advise client on change management practices to drive value realization
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management, healthcare, or a related field
- Artiva workflow and reporting tool experience required.
- Demonstrated analytical rigor and intellectual horsepower
- Excellent client relationship skills: the ability to form trust-based relationships with a variety of client stakeholders (business and technical) and to facilitate group problem solving
- Industry experience in consumer and business payment recovery, collections, healthcare revenue cycle management, or specific knowledge in multiple lines of business such as the government sector, medical self-pay, insurance follow-up, credit card, municipalities, student loan, etc. is a plus
- Experience with complex software implementation projects
- Technical fluency and demonstrated ability to perform scripting (proficiency with SQL, VBA, Python, R, Caché would be a big plus!)
- First-rate problem-solving skills
