Seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a shopping center developer to play a pivotal role in orchestrating the execution of multiple 5- 6 large-scale projects concurrently.


Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers. Uphold project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Skillfully manage and mitigate construction-related challenges. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Cultivate a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation within the construction team.


Ideal candidate will come from a retail developer or a big box retailer.


Based ONSITE in HOUSTON with Minimal Travel
