Senior Consolidations/Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client, a large and growing global company located in Louisville, KY is looking to add a Senior Consolidations and & Reporting Analyst to their accounting team. This company has averaged double-digit growth every year in the last 10 years and should continue moving forward. This position will work a hybrid (home/office) schedule. The Senior Consolidation & Reporting Analyst supports the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing consolidation and process of preparing financial reports. This role must review and interpret internal financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations and coordinate closely with global accounting teams. This position will have high visibility to the Executive Team.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment,
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in Finance Systems
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 4 years of experience with consolidating financial information and development of financial statements in accordance with GAAP

PREFERRED

• CPA Certification
