The Senior Compensation Specialist will be responsible for managing the employee compensation and organizational structure of the firm which is a pivotal role in the HR function.

Senior Compensation Specialist Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing compensation structure and lead market studies to develop solutions and new pay grades
Manage job description analyses and assist in re-writing existing descriptions
Grade current compensation bands and lead market studies
Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure compensation data
Stay updated on compensation trends and regulations
