IntePros is seeking a Senior Collaboration Technology Administrator for one of our client's, a leading health insurance provider in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. This role will have onsite requirements in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Title: Senior Collaboration Technology Administrator

Job Summary: As a Senior Collaboration Technology Administrator at Independence Blue Cross, you will play a pivotal role in the Collaboration Technology team, contributing to the enhancement of our collaboration environment. You'll be instrumental in the design, implementation, and management of our collaboration tools, focusing on platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and mobile device management. This role involves basic systems administration, operational support, and Tier 3 problem resolution. Additionally, you will help develop, communicate, and enforce operational standards and procedures for collaboration systems, while monitoring system performance and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to support current and future collaboration systems and components.
  • Maintain and implement systems with a focus on end-user enablement and security.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity.
  • Perform software updates, maintenance, support, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate basic user administration.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of four to six years of experience in collaboration operations and administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Automation.
  • Experience in supporting or implementing Office 365 or cloud technology.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player.


Key Technical Skills:

  • Proficient/Advanced knowledge of email and email security concepts.
  • Ability to automate daily tasks.
  • Experience with Intune or mobile device management concepts.
  • Experience with O365 and running Hybrid Exchange.
  • Active Directory experience.
