Responsible for assigned book of business amounting to $800k (or more) in revenue
Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
Delegate cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, and cancellations as appropriate
Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you
Monitor issuance of certificates of insurance
Create certificate guidelines form
Responsible for renewal list
Market renewal policies
Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers
Provide producer with renewal proposals
Final check on policies for coverage
Respond to or refer insured’s’ and underwriters’ questions or requests
Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts
Responsible for account rounding
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients
You Should Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the P&C brokerage industry for 5-7+ years required
Property & Casualty Insurance License required
CISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes
Possesses time management and problem solving skills
Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business
Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients
Salary Range
$85,000—$105,000 USD
