Location: Boston, MA 02199 (Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite)
Compensation: Up to $165K annual base salary plus bonus and benefits
Scope of Position / Overview of Responsibilities
Partnering with the company’s Managing Directors and leading a 20-person team, this role will provide problem solving and strategic leadership to the Client Finance department, focusing on client invoicing procedures.
• Effectively manage and develop the Billing Team.
• Address billing issues and concerns.
• Improve and introduce scalable procedures.
• Provide high quality service and support to customers.
• Resolve customer service issues that may not be a part of one’s direct responsibility.
• Independently respond to all requests for analysis of time or billing information and statistics.
• Implement operational metrics to evaluate team and organizational progress.
• Manage strategic projects assigned by leadership, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Targeting 10+ years of overall relevant experience
• Targeting 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven experience delivering creative solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in billing software, preferably Elite Enterprise (3E)
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies
