Job Summary

Client Associate provides personalized banking services to financial institution clients.

Pay Range: $24.36 - $34.62 - $44.87

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and compiles new client applications and information to open new accounts and orders all necessary check books and ATM cards.
  • Assist in processing wire transfers for clients as needed.
  • Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
  • Responds to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts, balances etc.
  • Coordinates and assists back office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related client issues.
  • Assists in maintaining operational compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with Account Opening process following established procedures and policies.
  • Maintain client files.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year of related banking experience
  • Banking in a commercial bank environment
  • Financial products, services, compliance (KYC-AML)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
