How you will spend your time:

The Senior Client Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Advisors Team. The person in this role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide seamless operations and exceptional service for the Clients. This role is instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and in the overall success of the Advisor Team.


  • Assist Client Advisors with prospecting and pipeline management through referrals, attending networking events, and developing centers of influence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serve as a point of contact for financial investing and planning.
  • Participate in prospect meetings, actively contributing to presentations and discussions.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of prospect’s financial statements and portfolio composition.
  • Onboard new clients by gathering necessary information and document preparation.
  • Assist Advisors with preparation of regular client communications regarding portfolio performance and activity.
  • Provide clients with monthly balance sheets and quarterly performance reports.
  • Assist Advisors by coordinating meetings, preparing client materials, and attending meetings to provide follow-up on all takeaway items.
  • Assist with setup and ongoing maintenance of client information in CRM and other tools used for client management including contact information and other significant client details.
  • Assist clients with inbound inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with educating clients and their families on investment-related matters.
  • Assist with the review and monitoring of client investments in both public and private investment vehicles and in both traditional and non-traditional asset classes.
  • Assist Advisor with in-depth analysis of prospective clients’ financial statements and portfolio composition.
  • Answer inbound inquiries related to portfolios, accounts, and transaction details.
  • Assist Advisors with evaluating and developing a strategy for Client Portfolios.
  • Manage cash balances and movement, ensuring accurate and timely transactions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Advisors to complete trade-related tasks, including trade execution, documentation, and post-trade activities.
  • Support Advisors by assisting them with task management and coordination with the Client Experience team to foster seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
  • 4+ years of financial industry experience required.
  • Experience working in a multi-family office preferred.
  • Confidentiality, discretion, and good professional judgment are required.
  • Exceptional listening and communications skills are important.
  • Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide alternative approaches and solutions and exhibit good judgment.
  • Familiarity with large US custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) and state-of-the-art reporting and scenario modeling tools a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Series 65 (or willingness to obtain) or comparable industry certification.
