Our client is an investment advisory firm that provides sophisticated and tailored investment solutions to high net worth Sports & Entertainment professionals.


They are looking for an individual who has 2-4 years of client facing experience in Financial Services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the company’s NY-based Senior Advisors in preparing marketing materials and personalized investment proposals and reports.
  • Serve as first point of contact to proactively manage and deliver the client experience and scope of services.
  • Work jointly with advisors on complex relationships, with the expectation that the candidate eventually be able to handle low complexity clients independently.
  • Work closely with the reporting team to generate reports, analyses, and solutions. May participate in client meetings to present reports.
  • Oversee and support with post-client-meeting follow ups, including assisting with onboarding documentation and client intake process.
  • Support Senior Advisors with coordinating and processing new private fund subscriptions.
  • Maintain up-to-date client data in the contact management system (CRM) for purposes of reporting, scheduling, tracking, and marketing.
  • Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports, and assist with client correspondence as requested by the firm’s Advisors.
  • Work closely with firm’s financial planning and reporting team to create customized financial plan and portfolio reports tailored to the client.
  • Support Senior advisors with business development, which may include but not be limited to coordinating client events and meetings.
  • Provide weekly and monthly portfolio reports to Senior Advisors to support them in their oversight of client relationships, such as weekly cash positions, monthly portfolio benchmark deviations.
  • Assist clients with requests related to the company’s portfolio management system, custodian portal(s) and tax forms.
  • Liaise with clients’ and firm’s network of business professionals, including accountants, attorneys and other specialized advisors and service partners, as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Relationship skills and commitment to establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and follow up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to articulate financial terminology effectively and clearly.
