As a Senior member of the Client Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to be more than a “tax historian.”

  • Proactively interact with client management to make business and tax recommendations
  • Train clients to read, understand, and grasp the language and principles of business,
  • Create, analyze, and present financial results directly to the client using various technologies.
  • Manage complex issues which require creativity, research, and comprehension of tax law including related implications
  • Manage, supervise and mentor staff

Other Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of clients forecasting quarterly income and tax liabilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns while assuming primary responsibility for client engagements including scheduling, staffing, timing, technical issues, and additional duties as needed
  • Ensure the completion of engagements including identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal oversight or assistance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting required
  • Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation desired
  • CPA license (must have 150 hours to sit for the exam at a minimum)
  • 3+ years tax experience
  • Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to set and work with goals, objectives, and deadlines
  • Experience with various tax, and bookkeeping software

Compensation

$55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and certification

Working Environment

In office initially, once acclimated moving to a hybrid environment.
