This is a remote, six month contract to hire position.
The Senior Manager, Technical Claims Adjustments is responsible for providing leadership and direction to employees in the Claim Adjustment department to ensure the goals and standards of the department are met.

The Senior Manager, Technical Claims Adjustments is responsible for providing leadership and direction to employees in the Claim Adjustment department to ensure the goals and standards of the department are met.
Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting claims in a TriZetto Facets environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading / managing a Claims Team ( Medicaid and Medicare claims) in a TriZetto Facets environment
- Minimum 3 years with claims workflow and regulatory reporting and compliance related to claims processing and adjustments for Medicaid and Medicare
- Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD) highly desired
- Advanced working knowledge of managed care and health claims processing and reimbursement methodologies
- Ability to track/trend provider claim issues and develop solutions
- Experience managing claims inventory, claims adjustment inventory and assigning work within Medicare / Medicaid environment
- Strong skills with Microsoft O365 suite of tools (Word, Teams, Excel)
- Strong employee management / leadership skills
- Exceptional communication / presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills
