Senior Business Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Customer Operations leaders, working with post sales customer facing units
- Lead the monitoring and continuous improvement of strategy execution – analyzing business performance, generating insights, defining action-plans
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reports and analysis drive for ongoing KPIs improvements
- Responsible for GCO business data accuracy and integrity
- Contributes to continuous improvement of business operation processes – working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders within NICE
- Business processed design and improvement, from discovery till implementation
- Run business process audits following with process improvement recommendations and execution
- Process oriented
- Business results driven
- Outstanding analytical thinking
- Team player and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated
- Quick learner
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal stakeholders
- 2-3 years of experience from top management consultancy firm or from high-growth company is a must
