Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business needs, processes, and requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, strong technical understanding, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users during and after implementation of new systems or processes.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve business analysis processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IT projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred but not required.
