Our prestigious client seeks a Sr. Business Analyst (BA) to enhance the financial well-being of their customers, employees, and community. The BA will manage the entire lifecycle of strategic initiatives, analyze business problems and opportunities, identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive stakeholder engagement. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and SMEs from program initiation through delivery, focusing on business needs analysis, requirements and design, and functional testing.
Key responsibilities include gathering and delivering requirements for commercial payment operations, facilitating and presenting solutions, and conducting cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments. The BA will work with complex information systems, developing or modifying them based on business and user needs. They will build partnerships, liaise with internal departments, and recommend solutions that provide business value.
The BA will partner with Product Managers to perform business needs analysis, create business cases, and define success criteria. They will also collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, stakeholders, and SMEs to document requirements, facilitate design workshops, and manage all aspects of program functional testing, including test plan creation, defect management, and execution.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services, familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. CBAP or PBA certifications are preferred, along with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, and Jira.
